Oregon Bow Hunters (OBH) is a non-profit organization founded in 1948 to foster, perpetuate, and expand archery and bow hunting in Oregon. Originally named the Oregon Field Archery Association, OBH has played a major role in shaping the state’s bow hunting landscape—helping to establish the first bow season, legalize the compound bow, and open the entire state to bow hunting.
OBH actively supports youth programs, wildlife conservation, and hunter education, and has successfully defended hunting seasons and access for decades. Members benefit from representation at state wildlife meetings, three annual NFAA-sanctioned tournaments, and an annual bow hunters convention.
